We have state-of-the-art facilities ranging from fMRI, EEG and eye-movement recording to tracking and night sight facilities for recording animal behaviour. Teaching and Study in the School of PsychologyWe are one of the UK’s Top 10 Psychology departments (The Times Good University Guide 2010) providing high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses for intelligent and highly-motivated people, whatever their background. Our teaching is informed by our internationally-rated research, and is accredited by the British Psychological Society where appropriate. Like most leading Psychology departments, we provide both undergraduate and specialist postgraduate courses in Psychology. However, unlike most other leading departments, we also provide postgraduate training and CPD courses for clinical Psychology professionals on the same site. There is substantial overlap between these areas of activity, and NHS clinical psychologists teach on our undergraduate programmes. Uniquely in the UK, we also provide both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in animal behaviour.
