I specialise in Cognitive-based Therapy (CBT) approaches to recurrent depression with a particular interest in case conceptualisation and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. Through research and clinical practice I hope to contribute to our understanding of depression and the development of interventions for people who suffer mood disorders. I am currently Principal Investigator of an HTAfunded randomised controlled trial entitled: Preventing depression relapse in NHS practice using Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.
