I work one day a week supporting the delivery of clinical skills and role-play training associated with the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner teaching curriculum as part of the BSc Applied Psychology (Clinical) programme. Outside of the university, I spend the rest of my working week as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in an NHS IAPT service in North Somerset.

My clinical interests include Low Intensity CBT for Anxiety Disorders in adults, cCBT and adolescent mental health. Previously, I have supported the development of online resources and self-help information provided by Wellbeing Services at the University of Exeter and am the co-founder of the University of Exeter Students’ Guild Wellbeing Information Directory.
