Profile

I obtained my BSc and MSc at the University of the West of England. Following this I worked in the NHS as a PWP for the Isle of Wight Trust where I delivered low intensity interventions to individuals experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. During this time I gained experience and undertook further training in working with veterans. This role led to my PhD research examining and developing low intensity interventions for veterans and their families under the supervision of Prof. Ed Watkins and Prof. Paul Farrand, as part of the Hidden Wounds Project.
