I'm a PhD student, working with Professors Willem Kuyken, Chris Dickens and Barney Dunn on a project called Heart and Living Mindfully (HELM), aiming at adapting Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for people with depression and cardiovascular disorders.
