'Mapping Paths to Family Justice'. Over three years, during which major reforms to the Family Justice System will take place, the research team will compare the use of the Alternative Family Dispute Resolution mechanisms of mediation, solicitor negotiation and collaborative law. They will look at how widely used these currently are, how the relative merits of these processes are perceived by clients and practitioners and whether particular processes are better suited to particular styles of couple or dispute.
