I have a Masters in Social Psychology from the University of Porto since 2011 and I have worked as a research assistant at ISCTE in the following years. I started working with Professor Manuela Barreto in a project about “Gender stereotypes and careers” and afterwards with Professor Elizabeth Collins on a project about stereotypes and communication.
I am currently doing my PhD in ISCTE with Professor Manuela Barreto and Dr Andrew Livingstone as my supervisors. We intend to understand what lead some women to adopt Queen Bee behavior and what is in the core of this phenomenon.
