Hannah is a PhD candidate in social and political psychology at the University of Exeter funded by the UKRI ESRC. In her PhD research she takes a mixed methods approach to exploring and investigating intra-LGBTQ+ collective action and cohesion. Specifically, she explores the roles of positive contact with Transgender individuals and perceptions of shared disadvantage in mobilising Transgender-equality focused collective action among cisgender LGB+ individuals. Her broader research interests include collective action, intraminority relations, gender, and sexuality. Beyond research, she is committed to fostering greater LGBTQ+ acceptance and cohesion within the community.
