Ms Jenny Cove

About me:

I am a Systemic Family Therapist. I am currently Systemic Convenor on the DClinPsy, Clinical Lead on the MSc in Systemic Therapy and Clinical Lead on the CYP-IAPT Tier 4 training. I also teach a short course in Supervision Skills on behalf of CEDAR Create. My core training was as a Social Worker. I spent the first ten years of my career working in Substance Misuse services and then moved into Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. I have worked in CAMHS teams over the past twelve years as Lead Family Therapist.

Teaching and training have run alongside my clinical work since 2006. This has included Visiting and Associate Lecturer roles at Bristol University and the University of the West of England, as well as different roles within Exeter University. I have also worked as a trainer on behalf of Bristol Safeguarding Children Board and in the private and voluntary sectors.
