As a Ph.D. Candidate in Social and Developmental Psychology at the University of Exeter (supervised by the Prof. Adam Rutland, Dr. Luke McGuire, and Dr. Mengya Zhao), I am dedicated to intersectional research exploring intergroup relations, social identity, gender, and adolescent career development. My core research focuses on how social identities and psychological values shape adolescents' (especially 16-18 yrs) aspirations and choices within the STEM and HEED career fields.
