Yuan-Hsi Liao

Yuan-Hsi is a PhD candidate in Social and Organizational Psychology at the University of Exeter, UK. Her research focuses on the impact of large-scale societal and political events on workplace dynamics, particularly how political opinions during elections and referendums influence coworker relationships and employee well-being. With a strong passion for data, Yuan-Hsi specializes in managing large-scale longitudinal datasets and applying advanced statistical methods to extract meaningful insights from complex real-world challenges.
