- Habits and cognitive control - how does the human brain develop habits and when and why do these become dysfunctional?
- Cyberpsychology - how can we detect and respond to emerging threats such as deepfakes?
- Addiction - what are the cognitive and neural systems underlying craving? How can we target these systems to reduce addictive behaviour?
