Overview
After a 15 year career in banking & finance and 5 years as a part-time yoga and mindfulness teacher, I am coming into the world of academia with a passion to learn. I became fascinated with studying human brains and behaviour when doing a Masters in Applied Neuroscience and am eager to extend my knowledge and research capabilities by undertaking a PhD with Professor Ed Watkins on the mechanisms that help to reduce rumination and worry.
