Overview

I am a post graduate research student in Psychology under the supervision of Professor Manuela Barreto,Dr David Doyle and  Dr Safi Darden. My research interest is on sexism in the workplace, organisational climate, and interpersonal relationships. More specificly, the aim of this PhD is to investigate how gender discrimination influences social ties among women in the workplace and whether organisational climate plays a role on this.
