Overview

I am the Selection and Recruitment Lead for the DCLin course.  In this role I am keen to ensure that our processes are fair, equitable and enable us to build a psychological workforce that embraces a range of opinions and perspectives.  

Qualifications

I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse (2002) and Clinical Psychologist (2007). My clinical specialism and research interests are psychosis, voice hearing and access to psychological interventions for severe forms of distress. 

Career

Alongside my role on the course I work in the NHS as Psychological Workforce Lead, in West London NHS Trust and continue to work clinically with people experiencing distressing psychosis.
