Overview

I am interested in a range of topics in psychology that span across social, clinical, health and some cognitive domains. My main interest is in marginalized populations focusing specifically on aspects of intersectionality and inequality.

My PhD focused on transgender (and gender-nonconforming) people and their relational partners (e.g., family, friends, spouses etc.). Through my thesis I developed a theroetical framework of the roles support and communication play in positive relationships for TGNC people.
