Overview

I am a CBT Therapist, and an accredited Pratitioner, Supervisor and Trainer with the BABCP. I am also a Fellow of the HEA. I have been passionate about the cognitive behavioural approach throughout my career, working as both a PWP and CBT therapist in IAPT, and then running a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT at the University of East Anglia. I was then fortunate enough to be accepted to work at the University of Exeter, where I now work as CAPs Co-Director of Portfolio, and DClin CBT Convenor.
