1. I consent to be contact by the researchers involved in this study about the opportunity to take part and ask any questions that I might have about the research process and what is expected of me.
2. I understand that being contacted does not mean that I am obliged to take part in the research and that I am free to change my mind at any time.
3. I am happy for the researchers above, at the University of Exeter, to securely store the contact details that I provide for the purposes of informing me about the research study.

Only researchers from the University of Exeter will have access to your contact details, which will be kept for 5 years before being destroyed. All personal information will be kept securely on a password protected university server.
