Overview
I am a Lecturer and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy within the department of Psychology, Clinical Education, Development and Research (CEDAR). I am currently an Academic Tutor on the Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner programme (MHWP).
I have previously taught across programmes within the Low Intensity CBT portfolio; MSci Applied Psychology (Clinical), PWP Apprenticeship, on which I was interim Programme Lead and PGCert Psychological Therapies. I have been involved in CPD development for PWPs, including co-developing the OCD masterclass for qualified PWPs.
Clinically, I am a CBT therapist and an Occupational therapist. I have worked in a variety of clinical and management mental health roles, within the NHS and at the University of Exeter Wellbeing Service.
